My name is Muhammad Aslam shah Muhammad. I was born in 1st January 1967 in Mirpur Azad Kashmir Pakistan. I studied till 8th Standard. Due to some circumstances, I could not get more education, so I started working in my life since 1982 got my first job as a helper in a road making company. After a year, in 1983, I joined Mujahid army force, through a private sector. On 23 March 1985, after the Parade, General Zia-ul-Haq was asked about our Pension, those hired by private sector they will get pension. On the night of March 23, our CO Commander came and said that instead of getting pension, it is better that I get direct recruitment in the army unit. Then I felt that we will not get pension, so 1986 Nov I left the army force. Thinking that the journey of life is long, I went to Hyderabad in Dec, then worked in Sindh Particle Board Mills for four months till April 1987. As I left I joined Punjab Regiment in March 1987 from there went Murdan for my medical test unfortunately got rejected because of thyroid, then from there I came back to Hyderabad started work again in milk factory, I continued my journeyAllah had some good plans for me in 1987 Dec I left for Bahrain.
Started working in Robert Contracting LLC Company as a labor. Mr. P.R Chandran was the manager of the company and belonged to South India. He was a very nice person, he supported me a lot, used to teach me work, and he courage to move forward, I followed my passion and one day became a Painter. Because of Mr. Chandran, my life took a new turn and I started moving forward. With my Good work, I got promoted in the company. Immediately after getting promoted, In 1998 company have been transferred to me to United Arab Emirates. After shifted to Dubai also, the same passion and dedication kept filling the future. Time passed by, obtained Dubai driving license in 2004 after obtaining driving license, Alhamdulillah Company promoted me Supervisor position & Mr. Chandran left the company in 2006. I learned a lot from Chandran he is my ideal person, the way he gave me the spirit and courage to work, that essence is also in me till now .After becoming a supervisor, there is no increase in my salary 1200 dhs was the salary. I thought I would go and talk to HR, that I am bringing 300,000 dhs business to the company every month. I want an increase in my salary, HR talk to the CEO, and said your salary will be 2000 dhs and you will get 2% commission every month. I was very happy when the month ended and it was time for salary, I got 1400 dhs I didn’t like seeing the salary, I went to my senior manager His name was Mr. Sadhu, I told him everything that the CEO had said about salary and commission. Mr. Sadhu said that you make gold tree in this company you have to work or else you can leave. I thought a lot that I had no back support, so I kept quiet How to finish the job at once. Very difficult situations will come in life and challenges will also be found, but every step has to be taken carefully. It was the time to take the challenge and the risk of life. Then I thought I’d go on vacation Pakistan. I have a land in Pakistan villages, I thought to sell it and collect some money to start my own business. After selling the land, I got 12 lakhs PKR, I converted the money into dirhams and made it 35000Aed. I had some money from the beginning and, I made some arrangements Total money deposited 80,000dirhams and I decided to start my own business. Without wasting any time, I applied for my first company’s license, on 30th April 2006 my company’s license was made by. GOLDEN TREE BUILDING MAINTEINENCE LLC .I also took a car and got my own visa, After doing this I had neither money nor work ,I though approached Mr. P.R Chandran Mr. Teri and Mr. Habib ul Rahman for Business help, & they brought business to my company. I am heartily thankful to them, supported me in my difficult times. My family member also supported me to build up Golden Tree, My Family has a big part to support me. My sister’s children Brother’s children who is still moving ahead with me taking this company, Acted as their own company, even in my absence the company runs on Auto.ALHUMDUILLA.
Despite being the owner of my company, I worked day and night by myself. In 2007 July Due to the deteriorating condition of the drowned in the UAE government announced those who are without visa should leave from country there were four people in my company who didn’t have visa I told them you guys stay with don’t go they obeyed me Supported me and stayed in the company I arranged visa for them, one of those four people Ram Bahadur is still working with me. Despite the bad condition of UAE, my company kept going and kept getting more & more business and success ALHUMDUIALLAH.
Formed 2nd company in 15 Feb 2012 .GOLDEN TREE AUTO REPAIRING LLC.
These two Companies kept growing in the market by the name of Golden Tree. Then I thought to make 3rd company in the name of my parents. My mother’s name was Mere Begum and father’s name was Muhammad Shah. The name came to my mind was Al Shah Meer LLC but the ministry rejected this .then 3rd company made from the first word of the names of my Parents
.3rd Company started on 15th February 2014 by the name of SM TYRE TRADING LLC. The 3rd company also made a lot of growth in the market and made a name for the business. 4th company formed on 16th February 2015 PRODEC INTERIOR DECORATION LLC. Mr. Salah Uddin Abdul Razak has formed this company with me and worked hard to grow this company.
After forming these four companies I kept moving forward day after day. Companies became successful. I have always taken care of my co-workers as Mr. Chandran gave me work spirit, I also think the same for my coworkers. And I also helped many of my co-workers to set up their businesses as much as I could without any intention of helping them. In 2019 I found an old friend who was the GM of the restaurant his name Mr. Sharif Awan he told me about the business of Restaurant and created interest in my mind. Then I decided to start a restaurant, Mr. Atif Ahmed Rasheed who was the owner of Kabab Rolls restaurant. On June 27, 2019 my 5th company, I entered into a partnership with Anjali Thakur and opened Kabab Rolls al Barsha LLC restaurant. In the same year, on 29 December 2019 6th company, the restaurant was opened in Satwa, which was named Kabab Rolls Al Satwa LLC. I like this business surveying people hospitality, Due to some circumstances in Feb 2021, I ended the partnership with Anjali Thakur. But I understood the work of the restaurant and I ran it alone and I liked to entertain guests. Now in 2023 a thought came to my mind that something should be changed. Wherever we go, the food story is our own As a guest comes home , they says, I have come to my maternal uncle’s house, so I thought , Whoever came to eat kabab rolls, say we came to , Apna kabab rolls. So Then April 2023 I renamed my 5th company which was Kebab Rolls Al Barsha LLC to APNA KABAB ROLLS LLC And I myself loved to entertain guests, whenever there was a guest in our house, my parents used to serve them a lot I have learned from them . The guest who comes to Apna Kabab rolls we will make them so happy with our hospitality that they will feel that they have come to their own home.
This is the story of my life, how, when and where it started and reached till today. My mother and father’s blessings were always with me in every path of life. Favors kept pouring in and I became a successful man, I thank Allah for bringing me this far.
